Blister Packaging
Jun 01, 2018

A general term for a package that uses a plastic blister process to produce plastic products and

to package the product with corresponding equipment. After the blister box sheet is heated at a high temperature, the sheet is vacuum-aspirated and cooled to form a plastic box.

Blister packaging materials are: PVC, PS, PP, PET, PETG and flocking, antistatic, conductive and other materials.

Specific production process:

1. Mold making and processing

2. After drying the mold completely, proceed softening treatment.

3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in a vacuum chamber, activate the suction switch, and suck the vacuum chamber air. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or process mold is obtained.

4. Blister packaging and finishing.
